BOSTON, MA – [January 13, 2026] – Information Mapping®, the proven global standard for creating clear, compliant, consistent, and AI-ready information across regulated and complex organizations, today announced the release of FS Pro for Word version 8.1.0.3. The update enhances usability and strengthens AI Assistant capabilities, helping organizations further simplify and standardize how critical information is created and maintained directly within Microsoft Word.
FS Pro for Word 8.1.0.3 introduces a more intuitive ribbon experience, making it easier for authors to apply Information Mapping® principles consistently. Enhancements include simplified use of Sections, Chapters, and Parts; improved access to Topic and See Page tables; and stronger AI Assistant performance, including increased compatibility with images.
